TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Minimum purchase is £100 (100 pixels = 10x10 pixel block).
• Maximum purchase is the number of pixels that are available (see pixel count).
• When a pixel purchase is made you will not own any part of the homepage or this site. You are buying the right to submit an image/ad/logo and link to your own website that will then be published on the homepage in the respective space that you have paid for.
• Totally Jewish Pixels will be online for at least five years from February 1st 2006 - February 1st 2011. However the aim is to make this last forever.
• No obscene/offensive/adult images links will be accepted. Totally Jewish Pixels have the right to decide what is appropriate for the site. If your image/link is declined, you have the opportunity to provide an alternative. Otherwise the deal will be cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded and the pixels will be put up for sale again.
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene/adult/offensive material then the link will be removed until a new one is provided. No refund will be given of any kind for the link downtime. If you are not able to provide what is deemed by Totally Jewish Pixels to be decent material then you will forfeit your pixels and no refund will be given.
• It is possible to remove your image from the homepage at any time. However no refunds will be given and the space will become publicly available again.
• It is possible to alter an image at a later date, if for example a company name has changed.
• Once the image is submitted on the homepage no refunds will be given.
• Images must be the exact size that you have paid for. For example £100 = 100 pixels = 10x10 pixel block.
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format and a reasonable file size.
• Images cannot be animated.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website that you submit.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before the pixels go live on the homepage.
• We will endeavour to ensure that our website is constantly available, however any downtime for maintenence or upgrades will be kept to a minimum.
• Your pixels will be online within 24-48 hours after the transaction is complete. However, please be patient if it does take slightly longer.

Once you have selected the pixels you would like to purchase, uploaded your image and completed your company information you will be given a telephone number to call to complete your purchase
